2. We are not responsible for failure to meet our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.
    

3. Our products should be kept out of reach of children or used only under adult supervision.
    

4. Returned items must comply with our Returns Policy to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    

5. Products must not be modified without our prior written consent. If modifications are made without approval, we hold no liability and reserve the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
